I am looking for Charted Accountant with European Nationality.
Minimum 5 years experience of Finance department.

Job Description:
Ensures the designing, planning, development and implementation of effective and efficient financial systems in order to contribute to the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives and provide the management team with timely information about the financial status of the company in compliance with commercial as well as legal requirements.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Develops financial criteria for the department and the company financial performance.
• Provides sound financial advice to the management team that contributes significantly to the effective management of investments, cash flow and profitability
• Provides guidance and direction to all departments regarding financial issues (Budget development, deviation from the budget, corrective actions, credit, supply, and procurement policy etc)
• Ensures that the management team receives prompt and accurate financial information and monthly reports as required for overall control and evaluation of business performance.
• Ensure that the company’s Accounts department promptly maintains the Books and Records in compliance with all statutory financial and tax requirements.
• Directs the preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial plans and monitor that financial policies are applied.
• Oversees maintenance of the company’s accounting practices including payables, receivables, inventories, fixed assets, and payroll.
• Forecasts and manages the Group cash flow in order to enable effective investment management.
• Designs and implements efficient cash management system and credit control policy in order to add value to the profitability of the business.
• Monitors expenditures and ensures that they are accurately recorded and reported in order to control the budgeted commitments.
• Plan, direct, or coordinate insurance and risk management activities in order to ensure that the most appropriate policy is in place all formalities are processed on a timely and cost-efficient manner.
• Ensures that company’s policies with regards to products are effective and contribute to short and long-term business objectives.
• Recommend priorities on the development of IT systems requirements to maximise on the changing requirements on an ongoing basis, and to anticipate future needs for operations, control and financial reporting and ensures their implementation.
• Liaises as required with Banks to ensure required funding, operational transactions, and smooth banking relations.
• Explore and advise the management of alternative banking or other funding options that may optimize the performance and the results of the company.
• Manage relations with all Government authorities, including Tax Authorities and any other external bodies as may be required to ensure the interests of the company.
• Provides for the appropriate organization and staffing of the Department, as well as for the development and motivation of subordinates to ensure high levels of productivity and job satisfaction and a constructive organizational climate.
• Handle Order confirmation process.
