Talent Development Specialist Required in Dubai
Job Summary
Our client is looking for a Talent Development Specialist. You will contribute throughout all full talent development journey by helping define and execute at-scale top talent programs. You will be taking the business to the next level aligned with the company's Values & Culture as a reference for your practice.
Responsibilities:
Define and propose to top Management an annual learning and development plan
Implement the learning and development plan by organizing existing training activities as well as designing new training activities: search for providers, assess proposals, establish and negotiate new contracts in collaboration with the Procurement Unit, brief on needs, review and challenge training offers, etc.
Develop National Career Development Plans for Fresh Graduates & High Potential Employees
Manage the implementation of the Leadership Development Program
Nominate, Assess & Select high potential employees
Consult with Senior Management on Employees development plans
Discuss capability development plans & Career progression for high-potential employees with Line Managers
Assist in the preparation of Employee KPIs’
Obtain regular feedback from development programs participants
Identify learning and development needs in the company through job & training needs analysis.
Establish an annual balance of all learning activities done and present key performance indicators.
Coordinate the performance & competence appraisal process for the company
Monitor the completion of performance and competence appraisal forms
Skills Required:
Proven work experience in an HR, L&D, or Talent Management role
Hands-on experience implementing career development frameworks and learning and development programs
Knowledge of compensation and benefits packages
Experience with performance management procedures
Familiarity with Candidate Management Systems and Human Resources software
Good knowledge of employee legislation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
