Muller and Phipps ME is looking for Human Resources Executive, to assist with the General HR duties, Payroll, and medical insurance renewal.

Onboarding, Induction, and Offboarding:

-Plan and execute onboarding activities including travel, accommodation, IT requirements, liaising with Admin and IT team, and communicate employee joining date in advance to make necessary arrangements.

-Assuring that all new joiners signed documents are uploaded on Bayzat/ cloud folders/ hard files.

-Assist in ensuring smooth execution of the induction process for the new entrants (desk allotment, team introduction, joining processes and formalities, etc.).

-Provide a brief Induction on the Group, HR policies, benefits program, etc.

-Exit Management: Help manage and monitor the employee separation process, to ensure the smooth exit of employees including managing activities such as exit interviews, final settlement, EOS, etc.

Payroll:

-Checking employee attendance and preparing

a summary of addition and deductions for payroll

processing.

-Preparing monthly payroll sheet of all companies/branches.

-Providing up-to-date salaries data to the Finance department in order to maintain high accuracy payroll process.

-Coordinating with the Payroll for any salary adjustments.

-Collect payroll entries and changes

- Distribute/release cash salaries for new joiners.

-Generate compensation statements for employees.

Performance Management:

-Coordinate end of probation Manager/ Employee meetings and ensure related documents are signed and recorded in the employee files.

General HR Tasks:

-Prepare and issue various employee letters: experience letters, salary certificates, and NOCs

-Create amendments, promotions, termination, and relocation letters for employees.

-Medical & Life Insurance Application and renewal - Health insurance additions, deletions.

-Support and assist the HR team in all employee relations activities.

-Handling HR system requests from all employees.

Qualification:

Minimum 2 years experience

Very educated about the UAE Ministry of labor law

Human Resource Management certificate

Human Resource Professional certificate
