About the Client:
A newly opened branch of a 5-star Hotel based in Dubai
Job Description:
Ensure food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created
Ensure the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
Direct the food preparation process and delegate tasks
Assist the Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes
Supervise, motivate, and work closely with other Chefs of all levels
Requirements:
45 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree in culinary or any related course and certifications and experience
At least 5 years’ experience on the same role in any hotel within GCC
Well-versed in culinary arts with expertise in international cuisine
Must have portfolio available
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
