HR Administrator Required in Dubai - Dubai

Job Responsibilities

As an HR Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Onboarding: Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of induction materials, scheduling orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Leavers: Managing the offboarding process for employees, ensuring all exit procedures are followed, conducting exit interviews, and processing final settlements.
Visas: Handling visa applications and renewals for employees, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
Insurance: Administering employee insurance programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Liaising with insurance providers to resolve issues and ensure coverage.
Employee Requests: Addressing and resolving various employee requests and queries promptly, maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction.
HR Petty Cash: Managing the HR petty cash fund, including disbursements and reconciliation.
Employee Filing (Hard and Soft): Maintaining accurate and organized employee records in both hard copy and digital formats.
Company Portal: Managing the HR section of the company portal, ensuring all information is current and accessible to employees.
Filing & Recording of Company Documents: Ensuring all company documents are properly filed and recorded, both electronically and in physical archives.
License Expirations: Monitoring and tracking the expiration dates of relevant licenses and certifications, ensuring timely renewals.
Employee Recognition (Anniversaries): Coordinating employee recognition programs, including the celebration of anniversaries and other milestones.
Employee Birthday Celebrations: Coordinating and managing employee birthday celebrations and other recognition programs.

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you should:
Hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Have at least 2-3 years of experience in human resources administration, with a focus on onboarding, payroll, or employee relations.
Demonstrate knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Possess excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
Show discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
Be adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
