Sales Manager Required in Dubai

The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to be critical and improve its outcomes.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage relations with agents and customers; find new markets; and to announce fares/charges, regulations and innovations to the agents.

2. Produce weekly and monthly activity reports to document sales activity against sales targets and highlight positive and negative sales results and provide recommendations for alternate sales strategies to counteract negative results when necessary.

3. Maintain good relations on a permanent basis with the agents situated at her/his region; ensures that regional sales are increased, and that potential of the recently launched routes are examined

4. Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends

5. To represent tourism events and trade fairs.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor Degree graduation

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in civil aviation or tourism

Fluent in Arabic and English

Valid work permit or citizenship in the respective country (The Company will not provide or assist with work permits)

Being a team player along with having the ability to work independently when necessary

Competency with MS Office products and the other several informatics tools
