Responsibilities
Manage the Sales Team;
Ensure all sales credit goes with a CSA for credit period agreed upon;
Ensure weekly call report is submitted before the end of Friday, every week;
Submit quarterly report on activities in the industry detailing, lost sales, quotes sent, what competitors are doing etc;
Follow up on direct sales and local until full payment by the customer;
Submit weekly report on hot deals for Trucks (detailing type of Truck, quantity, amount, and progress on deal) every Monday;
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients;
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity;
Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned;
Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts;
Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships;
Identify and resolve client concerns;
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff;
Develop and maintain special sales activities to reduce stock.
Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events;
Follow-up for debt collection;
Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of machines;
Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees;
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Higher Education in commercial field
10 years relevant experience in vendor sales and mining sales
5 years managerial experience
English
Local language
MS Office expertise
Proven sales techniques
All Product knowledge
Good financial acumen
