Sales Manager Required in Dubai

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized professional having excellent track record in Sales & Marketing preferably in Real Estate sector for a builder firm having it's projects predominantly in the southern state of Kerala in India. Candidates who has a good understanding of the sector and have confidence in prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

Develop the client base for the company by bringing in new customers for it's ongoing and upcoming projects in the real estate sector in Kerala and outside.
Act as relationship head for the clients brought from the middle east.
Achieve the sales target set by the company by actively marketing the residential and commercial projects undertaken by the company

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
3+ years' of sales experience with solid client contacts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exposure in digital media marketing and posesses good computer skills.
