Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Best Solution located in Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also oversee the sales process from start to finish, including negotiations and closing deals, and will collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management and achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
Knowledge of the business environment in Dubai and the UAE
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Customer-focused mindset and ability to build and maintain client relationships
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager.
**Salary Range: Up to AED 10K per month.**
