Sales Manager Required in Dubai - Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize their potential and performance. Set clear sales objectives, provide ongoing feedback and support, and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability within the team.
Key Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic customers. Understand their business needs and objectives, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Planning and Forecasting: Develop sales plans and forecasts in alignment with company objectives. Monitor sales performance, track progress against targets, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and market presence. Develop prospecting strategies, conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to win new business.
Sales Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular sales reports and analysis to provide insights into sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize sales strategies and tactics.
Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar role.
