Job description
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers, ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
• Proactively engage customers to identify their preferences and recommend suitable products.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Monitor and replenish merchandise on the sales floor.
• Assist in receiving and managing inventory shipments.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall store objectives.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a cohesive and positive work.

Job Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years experience in perfumes or cosmetic industry
good communication & interpersonal skills.
