Sales Executive Required in Dubai
· On the ground face-to-face interaction with Leads (Qualified leads from appointments and Fresh Walk-In Leads)
· Touring all Leads (Fresh and Qualified)
· Outbound Calling – qualified Leads
· Inbound Calling - accepting calls from qualified Leads
· Emailing – qualified Leads
· Managing the Acquisition Pipeline – moving Leads across the Funnel
o Adults and Vouchers and Juniors
· Prioritize qualified Leads – Hot/Warm/Cold Leads
· Tickets management from Leads during face-to-face services
· Building and managing referral pipeline
· Preparing historical customer data and reports
· Meeting with Marketing for Sales Targets and Activation Set-up and Progress
· Creating and updating Pipeline Forecast
· Monitoring sales progress and adjusting against volume and financial targets
Skills and attributes
· 3+ Years Face-to-face and/or Customer Relationship Experience
· 1+ Year Sales Calls and/or Customer Relationship Calls Experience
· Perfect English command and clear accent
· Negotiation skills
· Cross and Up-Selling Skills
· 1+ Years experience in database management and report creating (BI experience is aplus)
· Initiate and develop executive level – trust-based relationships with Prospects
· Handle and close complex transaction
· Charming personality
