Sales Executive Required in Dubai

Nordic Homeworx is looking for a Sales Executive to join a high-paced working environment within the Sales Department. The primary role of the Sales Executive will be to increase sales revenue from both existing and new accounts across the region. You are expected to be a self-driven, confident and outgoing individual prepared to play a key role in Nordic Homeworx’ growth and development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Business development: Establishing new and developing existing accounts by active client prospecting.
Maintain and develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients through a proactive and consultative sales approach.
Through research, identifying projects at early stages, analyzing clients’ needs to generate qualitative proposals.
Record progress of all client inquiries. Maintain sales records and prepare sales activity reports.
Create client quotations and manage client accounts.
Play a key role in our ongoing tendering processes by leading responses to functional and technical elements of RFIs (Request for Information) / RFPs (Request for Proposal) and actively approach and influence stakeholders and decision-makers throughout these processes.
Prepare cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related client documents; consult with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel.
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education and after-sales support services.
Develop and maintain design and technical knowledge in the field of wood flooring by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
Promote awareness of a company's brand image, e.g. by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
