Sales Executive Required in Dubai
To work as a part of a sales team for answering their clients’ questions based on set Company standards with a firm understanding of the design and all other technical aspects of the jewellery. As the front line in customer service, your job is to sell the Gafla
jewellery experience and products whilst giving a good impression to potential and returning customers.
Reporting : Sales Manager
Specific Roles and responsibilities
Result Focus: Sales & Marketing
- Achieve Given Sales Targets consistently
- Obtain referrals/self-generated leads and generate new business
- Identify and establish sources of obtaining new lead generation
- Manage assigned incoming divisional leads and convert to sale
- Engage in follow-up with clients the objective being to secure the sale
- Engage in selling and promoting only the range of products and services as authorized and provided by the company
- Strives to meet outbound sales targets
- Ensures Call Quality is maintained as per the set standards
- Strives to meet the required conversion rate.
Client Servicing
- Provide expert advice and guidance to new prospective clients in accordance with the set standards by the company.
- Understand the requirements of each lead enquiry, individual/corporate, through a thorough fact-find mechanism
- Conduct meetings with potential clients as and when required;
- Effectively portray the organization’s image in front of the client by presenting information in form of presentations, oral briefing, distributing literatures etc.
- Effectively participate in critical negotiations and increase the sales revenues
Self-Learning &Development;- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the jewellery industry/practices and the business community in the UAE
- Develop product knowledge across the whole panel of product offering.
- Be fully committed and dedicated to personal development and growth, working toward the achievement of performance targets on agreed periodic basis
Knowledge Management
- Ensure all paperwork in meticulous order is carried out and comply with all management information and reporting requests and compliance with all Company requirements.
- Generate weekly/ Monthly/Quarterly sales reports
Technology Management
- Use only the hardware and software systems as provided by the company for all communications, information and data storage purposes
- Ensure client database is updated in a timely manner and is correct and up to date.
- Ensure Quality standards set are adequately followed within the area of operations under your profile.
Pre-requisites
Job Knowledge Requirement
- Knowledge for effective use of Microsoft Office package -Word, Excel and Power Point. Knowledge of advanced features of Excel like Statistical Analysis, Pivot Tables etc. preferable.
- Understands the principles of marketing and sales cost-effectiveness, including market sector targeting, product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling, cost per response, cost per conversion, etc.
- Knowledge of influencing and negotiations skills is mandatory
- Ability to get on with others and be a team-player.
- Ability to handle stress and pressure
- Pleasant Personality
Qualifications & Experience
- 2-3 years of minimum experience in selling luxury products and dealing with high net worth customers
- Proficient in English with ability to Read, Write and understand efficiently
