Sales Manager Required in Dubai

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

· Mapping the Target positions in the target accounts

· Skilled in running mailers and doing follow ups

· Persistent with calling customers to open up new accounts

· Managing the communication where needed with existing clients

· Managing manager's calendar for meeting coordination and planning

· Internal coordination with stakeholders for planning the meeting agenda , presentation, demos , RFP, RFI , commercials and other deliverables

· Assisting with follow up correspondence with customers post the meeting

.Assisting with partner research and coordination in assigned regions

Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Having background of banking, Telecom and insurance industry

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
6+ years' of sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
