Majid Developments is excited to announce the opportunity for a passionate and experienced Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As we embark on our first flagship project, we are looking for dedicated individuals who are eager to make a significant impact in the Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage and assist clients in making informed property decisions
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels
Present our high-quality real estate products to potential clients
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market, preferably with a developer
Proven track record of successful sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Highly motivated and goal-oriented
Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
Possession of a car and a valid driver's license is advantageous
Compensation:

Competitive commission structure: 1% net commission on indirect deals and 2% on direct deals
