Sales Coordinator Required in Dubai - Dubai
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing sales events, conferences, and trade shows.
Stock Monitoring: Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to ensure product availability.
Coordinate with Warehouse: Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage stock levels and order fulfillment.
Data Accuracy: Ensure accurate and up-to-date entry of sales-related data into CRM systems or databases.
Report Generation: Generate reports on sales activities, performance, and trends as required.
Query Resolution: Assist in resolving customer queries and issues, coordinating with relevant departments.
Feedback Collection: Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the sales team for improvement.
Travel Arrangements: Assist Sales Manager and Sales Executives with travel arrangements, accommodation, and itinerary planning.
Expense Management: Support in managing and processing sales-related expenses.
New Hire Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new sales team members.
Training Coordination: Coordinate training sessions for the sales team.
Competitor Analysis: Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to provide insights to the sales team.
Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and developments.
Requirements:
Experience at least 2 years as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
Good team development and leadership skills.
Computer literacy.
Proficient in MS Excel and SAP.
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
