We are looking for a Social Media Community Manager to represent a voice of our brand and complement our team. We expect you to growth and maintain our cross-platform social media community. If you are crypto enthusiast, proactive, and have relevant experience in crypto industry and social media management, we would like to see you as a part of our friendly and professional team.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a point of contact for the company’s social media platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, Facebook, Reddit, Discort, Bitcointalk, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.
• Manage social media campaigns for various social media platforms
• Interact with community members in a professional, personable, and timely manner to grow and keep the community alive
• Strive to boost engagement and resolve any potential conflicts that may affect brand reputation
• Monitor and provide feedback/generate reports on community engagement, sentiment and notable trends
• Liaise with different functions in marketing and development to stay updated on company and product news
• Stay up-to-date with latest social media and industry trends
Requirements:
• Hands on experience with social media management for crypto project (1+ year)
• Reputation management experience, including conflict management
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to create engaging content
• Attention to details
• Stress-resistant team-player attitude
• English Upper-Intermediate or above
