⦁ Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in relevant field.

⦁ 1-2 Years of revenue reservations experience in hospitality field.

⦁ Highly computer literate with a good command on Microsoft office and online research.

⦁ High level of motivation, determination and commitment.

⦁ Must be proficient in English.

Responsibilities:

⦁ Create and develop pricing strategies on basis of daily research.

⦁ Provide weekly forecast of expected rates, variances and budget comparisons.

⦁ Analyze overall monthly reservations and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long term strategies.

⦁ Acquire market knowledge by online research, analysis and make reports on the market trends.

⦁ Oversee the content, and operations of the reservations on all portals.

⦁ Make sure booking detail are maintained up-to-date and functional on all websites.

⦁ Responsible for best practice standards to include pricing control and new pricing concept.

⦁ Prepare outline for and support the monthly revenue budget process.

⦁ Follow up calls to guests after check out to record their feedback.
