Guest Relations Officer Required in Dubai
Communicates with the Front office manager and service managers
Prepare for daily VIPs arrivals in terms of room allocation, amenities and special requests of Guests.
Address the needs of VIP and long staying guests
Responsible for arrival and departure experience
To handle guest complaints and update the profile history in the Opera.
To prepare guest arrival letters, departure letters.
Ensure Team Members consistently keep records in guest preferences / profile notes as per the standards
To ensure that all necessary reports, like arrival list, manifest, VIP list & etc. is available
Provide friendly courteous service to guest and respond promptly to all requests and inquiries at all time
Resolve guests complaints / requests and liaise with the department concerned to ensure immediate solution
Speak to in-house guests and communicate any kind of incident and special arrangement
Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages, etc.)
Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services
Contribute to the moral and team spirit of the resort by maintaining good relationships with colleagues
Welcome guests in a friendly and professional way
Anticipate guest needs and build rapport
Address customer complaints and escalate to Immediate Head when needed
