Regional Sales Director Required in Dubai - Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue goals in the MEA region.
Leading and developing the regional sales team, including hiring, training, and motivating staff.
Establishing and cultivating relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborating with vendors and manufacturers for joint marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
Participating in negotiations and closing major deals.
Analyzing the market and competitors to identify new opportunities and threats.
Preparing and presenting reports to senior management.

Requirements
Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in regional sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
Experience working in distribution companies and on the vendor side.
Proven experience in managing regional or international teams.
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or related fields.
Excellent client relationship management skills.
High proficiency negotiation in English, knowledge of a second foreign language will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel frequently throughout the region.
