We are seeking an experienced Real Estate professional to join our team as an Sales Manager.

Key Role: As a Sales Manager, your main role is to lead a successful sales team, utilizing your skills in client portfolio management. You play a vital part in growing and retaining our client base, meeting sales targets, and ensuring team success.

Key Responsibilities of the role are as follows:

- Utilize your client portfolio to generate leads, expand relationships, and drive business growth. This includes effectively managing and nurturing existing client accounts.

- Lead and mentor a team of real estate sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and client portfolio management strategies.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans, objectives, and revenue targets while integrating client portfolio management into the team's approach.

- Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring client needs are met and their expectations are consistently exceeded.

- Recruit, train, and develop sales team members, enhancing their skills, industry knowledge, and client portfolio management capabilities.

- Stay informed of market trends, competition, and property values, utilizing your client portfolio to make data-driven decisions.

- Oversee high-value real estate transactions and provide expertise in client portfolio management throughout the sales process.

- Regularly assess sales team performance and provide insights based on your client portfolio and market analysis.

- Manage and optimize sales budgets to achieve revenue and profitability objectives, considering client portfolio potential.

Requirements:

Car and UAE License required

Bachelor degree specializing in a property related or equivalent experience preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within UAE property industry

Posses an established personal and professional network of contacts

Posses a thorough understanding of all the RERA laws and government and legal regulations

Excellent knowledge with rules and regulations of real estate industry in UAE

Good analytical skills

Proven ability to be flexible, prioritize and manage multiple projects, as well as solve problems in a timely manner

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Comprehensive knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.

Proficiency in real estate software and tools.

Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent skills in computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, Database Software, etc.)

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

Outstanding presentation skills
