REAL ESTATE SALES COORDINATOR REQUIRED IN DUBAI

Penthouse Properties LLC is a premier real estate company specializing in rentals, sales and property management and is currently on the lookout for a female sales coordinator and listings executive.

The suitable candidate will be responsible for the following.
- Adding new properties listings to the crm and managing old ones.
- Contact landlords / sellers for property availability and price updation
- Monitor quality scores of different listings on property portals such as propertyfinder, dubizzle and bayut
- Manage and maintain the company database
- Coordinate with the sales team for documentation requirement.
- Dealing with tenancy renewal processes

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Telephone manners
- Ms office

Preference will be given to candidates on husband's / father's sponsorship.

Salary AED 2500/- + commission.

Note: This position is only open to females.
