Job Description
We are Hiring Real Estate Agent for our Company to work hand in hand with the group. Has a real estate experience in Abu Dhabi. Driving License is an advantage but not necessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Can handle customers/clients queries related to real estate services (leasing / sales)
• Making sure landlords and clients meet half way with the agreement
• Ability to work under pressure and knows how to handle difficult clients with a positive and confident manner.
• Knows how to communicate properly with the landlord and prospective clients
• Keeping up to date with the trends in residential and commercial properties in the market
• Collecting required documents and information about the property / units available
• Responsible for the leasing of properties, inquiry, handling clients on phone professionally
• Arrange and schedule viewing according to the client’s availability
• Convince and negotiate with clients in closing deals
• Assist clients in moving into their new unit, documentation and other requirements for tenancy
• Establish client relationship and acquire referrals

Job Requirement:
• At least 2-year experience as Real Estate Agent or related
Mobile provided by the company.
