Qualification:

• +3 Years of Real Estate Experience in Dubai, UAE

• Proven well-established experience in Dubai Real Estate Industry

• Have sold not less than 10 Units in Dubai - provide Dubai Rest Sales Report (Required)

• Broker/RERA License (Required)

• Driving License (Advantage)

• Knowledgeable of Dubai Real Estate Processes, Laws & Regulations (RERA, Dubai Rest App, Tenancy and Leasing Forms/Agreements/Contracts, Property Advertising Portals, etc.)

• Strong portfolio with proven skills and abilities

• Positive and enthusiastic attitude

• Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening skills

• Excellent Analytical Skills

• Exceptional Negotiation & Customer Service Skills

• Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale

• Pleasing Personality and Trustworthy

Job Responsibilities:

Real Estate Sales Agents work with buyers and sellers to help them find or sell property, often earning a commission on each transaction they facilitate.

• Knowledge of local markets and trends to provide clients with valuable advice

• Profound experience in Residential, Commercial, Off-Plan, Secondary Primary Market, Leasing

• Explaining the buying process to clients, including how to make an offer, conducting inspections and appraisals, and closing the sale

• Listing homes for sale, including taking photos of the interior and exterior of the property and creating a listing description that features its most attractive features

• Reviewing contracts to ensure that all terms are fair to both parties

• Arranging for repairs or renovations that may be needed to sell a home effectively

• Communicating with clients regularly to ensure that they are satisfied with the progress of their transaction

• Negotiating with sellers on behalf of buyers to ensure that terms are acceptable to both parties

• Helping clients find suitable new homes based on their needs and preferences
