Responsibilities:
• Perform duties such as review property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients for property viewing, negotiate terms and conditions, draft tenancy contracts
Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation and meetings with clients and providing them the utmost customer service.
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
Requirements:
• Valid UAE driving license with own car
• A go-getter and target oriented
• Energetic, self motivated, and able to work independently under pressure
• Must have a passion for property / real estate and possess excellent customer service
• Planning and organizing skills
