Job description:
As a Commission-Based Real Estate Agent, your primary responsibility will be to assist buyers and sellers through the real estate process. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, guide them in property searches, conduct property showings, negotiate offers, and facilitate successful transactions. Your goal will be to provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships to ensure a steady stream of referrals and repeat business.
Responsibilities:
Prospect for new clients through various channels, such as networking, lead generation, and referrals.
Conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours for potential buyers.
Assist sellers in listing their properties effectively and marketing them to attract qualified buyers.
Offer guidance and support to clients throughout the negotiation process to achieve favorable outcomes.
Stay updated on market trends, real estate laws, and regulations to provide accurate and reliable advice.
Maintain a strong online and offline presence to increase personal visibility and attract clients.
Collaborate with the brokerage team to foster a positive and cooperative work environment.
Continuously work on expanding your knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of the local real estate market and neighborhoods.
1 Year Real Estate Experience/Investment Experience/Insurance Experience (ONLY UAE)
Proven track record of success in real estate sales (new agents with potential will also be considered).
Tech-savvy with proficiency in real estate technology and online marketing tools.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
Preferred:
RERA certification is an added value
Valid UAE driving license will be an added value
Dubai Real Estate experience within Off-Plan Sales, Re-Sales, Leasing
