Role:
The Real Estate Agent will advise clients on investing in the property market by analyzing market trends.
Responsibilities:
Offer expert advice on property investment to clients based on careful analysis of market conditions and trends, taking into consideration their specific needs and preferences.
Deliver comprehensive and consistent support to customers throughout the entire sales process, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
Participate in events and property launches organized by developers, staying involved in the industry and networking with other professionals.
Identify potential clients in need of consultancy services by proactively reaching out through methods such as cold-calling, advertising, and professional business presentations.
Conduct comparative market analysis to provide clients with informed guidance on the value of off-plan properties.
Engage in productive discussions and follow up on opportunities with potential buyers, fostering strong relationships and cultivating business opportunities.
Effectively manage daily operations, utilizing internal company CRM tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Adhere to the proper documentation process for each transaction, guaranteeing complete compliance with the real estate market rules and regulations in the UAE.
Promote sales through various advertisement channels, including open houses, events, and other marketing initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team, actively contributing and suggesting new and innovative ideas to generate leads and drive business growth.
Stay updated with the latest market trends and best practices, continuously seeking professional development and improvement.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the real estate industry or a comprehensive knowledge of sales methods and strategies.
Outstanding interpersonal abilities that enable the establishment of positive relationships with both clients and developers.
Effective negotiation skills, along with excellent communication and persuasive abilities.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and dependable.
Capable of working autonomously with unwavering commitment.
Confident in making decisions and possessing a proactive attitude.
Proficient in presenting oneself well, negotiating effectively, and networking successfully.
Being fluent in English or another language is advantageous.
Adept in using computer applications such as MS Office, Internet, and CRM systems.
Preference given to candidates with a UAE driving license and own
Works well as a part of a team.
