Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.
Offer insights on market trends, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements.
Manage property listings and coordinate viewings.
Build and maintain a strong network of clients and industry contacts.
Negotiate property sales and rental agreements.
Stay informed on market trends and industry best practices.
Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and sales abilities.
High level of dedication and a strong work ethic.
Familiarity with real estate tools and platforms.
Real estate agent or broker license is an advantage, but not required.
