Job Description: Real Estate Agent
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating the buying and selling of properties on behalf of clients. You will utilize your expertise in the local real estate market to guide clients through the entire process, from listing to closing. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
Conduct market analysis to determine property value and pricing strategies.
Advise clients on best practices for preparing their property for sale.
Create and distribute marketing materials to promote properties.
Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
Coordinate property inspections and appraisals.
Maintain updated knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
Attend networking events and participate in professional development activities.

Requirements:
Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Realtor.
Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and neighborhoods.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused with a strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
BRN/DL is an additional advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in real estate or related field is preferred.
