Right Value Real Estate, is seeking highly experienced Agents who are knowledgeable about the real estate market, sales and rentals for both residential and commercial properties and are willing to be part of possibly one of the most entrepreneurial Real Estate Brokerages in Dubai.

The responsibilities of a Real Estate Agent include providing excellent customer service, closing deals, and processing documentation after the sales process is complete.

To be successful as a Agent you should have extensive sales experience and show proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Ultimately, a quality Broker should be able to achieve outstanding customer service, while dealing with a high volume of calls and emails.

Its essential that you have at least between 6 months to 3 years of real Estate experience in the UAE

Agent Responsibilities:

Building relationships with clients.

Negotiating deals with clients.

Closing deals.

Analyzing data and market trends.

Processing sales transactions.

Demonstrating a solid understanding of the company's products or services.

Networking to attract potential clients.

Agent Requirements:

A valid Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) broker registration: To operate legally in Dubai's real estate industry.
Knowledge of the local real estate market: Brokers should have a comprehensive understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including the latest trends, laws, regulations, and property values.
Good communication skills: Effective communication skills are essential to interact with clients, understand their requirements, negotiate deals, and close transactions successfully.
Professional conduct and ethics: Brokers must adhere to a strict code of conduct and ethics, and maintain integrity, honesty, and transparency in all their dealings.
Strong networking skills: A successful broker should have a vast network of contacts in the industry, including developers, investors, buyers, and other brokers, to facilitate smooth and efficient transactions.
Marketing and sales skills: Brokers should be able to market properties effectively, identify potential buyers or tenants, and negotiate deals that benefit their clients.
Knowledge of legal and financial aspects: Brokers should have a basic understanding of legal and financial aspects related to real estate, such as contracts, mortgages, taxes, and insurance.
