Job Summary:

Our real estate agency is seeking an experienced and motivated sales agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, showing properties, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the local real estate market.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads by prospecting, networking, and advertising.
Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
Negotiate contracts and handle all aspects of the sale or rental process.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying or renting process.
Stay current with local real estate market trends and property values.
Manage a pipeline of potential clients and follow up on all leads in a timely manner.
Attend open houses, networking events, and other industry-related events to generate new business.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:

Must hold a valid real estate license.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate sales.
Strong sales skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
Proficient with technology and able to use real estate software and tools.
A positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation:

The compensation package for this position includes commission, and bonuses based on performance. The successful candidate will also receive ongoing training and support to ensure their success.
