Role Summary:
The Property Consultant will perform duties, such handling property leads, managing listings and interviewing prospective clients to understand client’s property requirements. The role is also responsible for conducting site visits and negotiating commercial offers, discussing the conditions of sale, and issuing. contracts.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for working in a target driven sales environment to maximize the opportunity of sales.
Source potential investors and establish/maintain good work relationships.
Attend to inquiries relating to sale, re-sale, property valuation, property services, etc.
Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times and generate extra income for the company.
Formulate properties tailored to the needs of the clients.
Handle plot sales marketing campaign leads.
Attend Property events (such as exhibitions, property launching, presentations, seminars, etc.)
Matching clients space requirements to available property.
Liaise with Consultants, Licensing and Business Setup to lease available spaces.
Attend customer complaints and cases with 24 hours.
Demonstrate strong customer service, time management, prioritization, planning and negotiating skills.
Handle Property leads with DMCC Brokerage panel.
Maintain a waiting list matrix for different property types and update Member Service, Business Development and Consultants on a weekly basis to minimize the time that the unit remains vacant.
Coordinate the lead status with Broker panel.
Arrange site visits for clients and accompany them to promote DMCC owns units.
Responsible for managing property brokerage administration work and Finance Department related obligations to ensure property transactions get completed on time.
Administer report on the lead status and brokerage revenue.
Issuance of property lease contracts to registered members accurately and in line with processes, with the correct payment schedule & relevant terms and conditions.
Execute timely renewal of leases in accordance with the pricing policy and ensure collection of payments.
Record soft copies of contract and related documents in DMS
Maintain systematic filing of contracts, related documents and communication.
Accuracy of data entry into Salesforce.
Arrange site visits for clients and accompany them to promote DMCC owns units.
Termination of Leases - Coordinate with Asset Department to receive units back, authorize charges/deductions if any and process refund of security deposit.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years solid experience in the UAE Property Sector (Commercial, Branded Resi, Resi sales preferred)
Bachelor’s Degree with Computer proficiency
RERA / Real Estate Board exam certified (preferred)
UAE driving license along with a car is a must
Dubai real estate market and latest trends
