Amin & Wilson realty is seeking her next talented broker within leasing team.

The Leasing Agent will showcase apartments to potential renters, lease apartments to qualified applicants

Responsibilities:

Prospecting new business through warm calling/emailing our existing databases
Handle and follow up on leads.
Qualifying new leads
Networking to become an area specialist within your assigned community
Conducting viewings
Negotiating and finalising deals

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Fluency in English

- Outgoing and friendly attitude

- Ability to make others feel welcome and comfortable

- Excellent interpersonal skills with good sales and customer service skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience:

- 1 to 2 years of related experience in real estate
