Property Consultant Required in Dubai - Dubai

Job Role:

• Communicating with company-generated leads

• Engaging with clients in a professional manner

• Following up with pending deals and clients

• Handling SPA (Sales Purchase Agreements) and all related documentation

• Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions

• Communicating with developers to ensure smooth transactions.

• Increase client base & build long-term relationships with new clients

• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Requirements:
• Minimum of one year of experience in the Real Estate industry or Sales Experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiency

• Driving license is mandatory

• A positive person who enjoys being at work and views his/her career as a way of life

• Excellent communication, negotiation & sales abilities
