Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales position at AI Capital, located in Dubai. As a real estate sales agent, you will be responsible for conducting property viewings, building client relationships, negotiating sales and rental agreements, listing properties, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The role also involves staying up-to-date with real estate market trends, identifying potential leads, and working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Qualifications
Real Estate License, Real Estate, and Real Property skills
Customer Service and Sales skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in real estate sales or leasing
Knowledge of the local real estate market in Dubai
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skill
