Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Broker at Sober Real Estates. As a Real Estate Broker, you will be responsible for sales, and providing expert guidance to clients in buying, selling, or renting a real estate property. You will manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure a smooth transaction process.

Qualifications
3+ years of real estate experience in the UAE
We welcome candidates of all nationalities!
English proficiency (written and spoken) is essential
Fluency in Arabic, French, German, Turkish or Spanish is a strong plus!
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong sales skills
Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Presentable appearance, punctuality, positive attitude, stress resistance, analytical mindset
Ability to optimize work and manage your time
High level of independence and ability to work in a team
Ability and desire to learn and improve
Ability to achieve results - to close deals
Ambitious and self-driven with a passion for real estate
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Search for, consult on, and show properties
