Marketing Specialist REQUIRED IN DUBAI
We are looking to hire a Marketing Manager from (Lebanese, Jordanian, Palestinian, or Syrian) who will be in charge of overseeing the promotion of our company's brands. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for developing pricing strategies, identifying new customers, supporting lead generation efforts, and creating promotions with our advertising managers. You will also be tasked with developing budgets and expenditures, as well as R&D appropriations. Finally, you will be in charge of developing and managing our company's advertising campaigns.
To be a successful hire, you will need prior experience with creating marketing campaigns and strategies, as well as online marketing and social media strategy.
Duties :
· The company's marketing management and activities within the marketing department.
· Developing the company's marketing strategy in line with the company's goals.
· Manage marketing campaigns with sales activities.
· Supervising the company's marketing budget.
· Create and publish all marketing materials in line with marketing plans.
· Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
· Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
· Set up online marketing campaigns and publications.
· Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
· Create a wide range of different marketing materials.
· Work closely with design agencies and help launch new products.
· Maintain effective internal communications.
. Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for the company’s marketing.
Requirements of the role:
· Minimum bachelor’s degree or (master degree in marketing is preferred).
· Experience of not less than 8 years.
· The applicant must have a record of previous marketing accomplishments.
· Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
· Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.
· Strong creative outlook.
· Understanding of public relations.
· Ability to quickly adapt to change.
· Strong analytical and project management skills.
· Confident and dynamic personality.
· Advanced communication skills.
