MARKETING COORDINATOR REQUIRED IN DUBAI

2. Job Description:
a. Provide Support in sales function.
b. Help team to identify new business for generating revenue.
c. Prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
d. Sourcing of candidates for any leads or requirements on urgent basis.
e. Ensuring and coordinating with promoters/staff for all projects about
• Reaching on time
• Grooming standards
• Coordinating with the staff on floor to ensure all activities are as per plan and escalate to your Manager if anything is missing or required.
f. Preparation of documents for all projects.
g. Recruitment: Doing the initial screening of candidates and collection of their documents for any requirements.
h. Arranging for suitable candidate profiles to be shared with client as per project requirements.
i. Visiting the Venues to cover for projects whenever required for all projects.
j. Sharing the information regarding promoter payments project wise as per agreed with the promoters.
k. Share roster to all the promoters based on the projects.
l. Maintain Promoters Data base.
m. Help team to connect more (whats up & facebook or any other social media groups /portals) Sources for candidate selection.
n. Adapt to changing scenarios and roles as per company requirement.
o. Be Punctual and Flexible.
p. Report to Operations Manager.
