IT Helpdesk Officer Required in Dubai

This is a highly visible role functioning as the face of IT Support for Company employees. The work environment is dynamic, robust, and highly demanding of quality results through proven problem and time management. The IT Support Agent is enabled to deliver quality results fast to maintain down-time at a minimum.

Key responsibilities:

Microsoft Office 365 support including but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneDrive
Closely interact with the mobile phone providers and manage accordingly company mobile assets, including MDM enrolment, iOS upgrades, application support, and general troubleshooting
Conference rooms administration and hardware support including local or remote SIP devices, microphones, cameras, and general connectivity issues.
Printer management including standard break/fix of hardware, software, and networking issues.
Maintain a working understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN
Maintain documentation such as training materials and standard operating procedures.
Administrative management including equipment purchase, inventory, and refresh.
Work closely with the IT Infrastructure Team to adapt global solutions to users needs.
Participate in technical research, development, and support to ensure Service and Operating Level Agreements are met.
Install, upgrade, maintain and support employees desktops/laptops/tablets hardware.
Make aware and train employees in the proper and secured use of hardware and software.
Work closely with Administrative Assistants to support IT initiatives.

Skills and Experience:

Ability to communicate effectively/consistently and develop respectable working relationships with users, Senior Executives, and other co-workers.
Quality, accuracy, timeliness, reliability, availability, and meticulousness of work
Maintain the integrity of confidential business and product information.
5+ years or experience providing IT support in a corporate environment.
3+ years of experience with Windows 10/11 Support with Hardware break/fix experience
3+ years of experience with Apple Mobile Devices (iPad/iPhone)
3+ years of experience with MS Office Products (special focus on Office365 / Teams / Outlook / Exchange)
2+ years or experience with conference rooms equipment and technologies (special focus on Microsoft Teams and Cisco equipment)
Some extra hours in the evenings and weekends may be required.

We value:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology and/or any related field dealing with Technology/Engineering
Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) and/or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
Experience providing technical support to Senior Executives
A+ / Network+ certifications
Experience with all Conferencing Technologies (telephony/video-calls/content sharing)
Self-motivated/driven and able to work with little supervision or direction.
Strong bias for action and results orientation
