Position Overview:
The Jr. IT Support Engineer will be responsible for delivering and supporting the latest technology while maintaining a high level of reliability. This role requires a very high level of technical proficiency and requires an individual with executive presence and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must be able to diagnose and resolve issues related to PCs, mobile devices, printers, Office 365 and collaboration technologies, business application software, Security issues, and potentially local network issues quickly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Responding to users support requests.
Installing, maintaining, upgrading hardware, software, MFDs and computer peripherals.
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Office 365, Exchange Online, Firewall, Switches, Wifi, Network,
Administering and troubleshooting Windows Servers, AD, Azure AD, DHCP, DNS, Print server, and file share permission.
Handle complete SharePoint solutions/O365 SharePoint Online and new development.
Support all physical/Virtual servers platforms, setup, monitoring, backup, and troubleshooting.
Raise PR, follow up on POs, collect items, request GRN, and collaborate for invoices.
Providing basic support on ERP and CRM-related issues.
Traveling to the users location or connecting via a remote link.
An innate understanding of the urgency and the escalation of issues quickly.
Administering and Troubleshooting CCTV and access control systems.
Administering and troubleshooting PABX and IP telephony systems.
Providing basic training in computer operation and management.
Developing and maintaining proper documentation.
Communicate and collaborate effectively within the team.
Maintain good relationships with vendors, suppliers, and end users.
Always look for cost-effective initiatives and solutions.
Perform systems operations, monitor systems activities, and ensure smooth daily operation of systems facilities.
Server patching monthly to ensure the security integrity of the environment.
Analyse and automate routine tasks for efficiency.
Providing support to external partners, travel to their location for fixing simulators and hardware.
Flexible enough to handle support calls after office hours or off days.
Ensure that priority is given to the internal customer's complaints and view such complaints as opportunities to build the trust of the said customers.
Keep a close relationship with internal customers to enhance their trust.
Create an environment that consistently provides high levels of service to our internal customers and to the stakeholders.
Ensure that relevant actions are undertaken timely to avoid overdue.
Ensure optimum use and care of the company properties.
Ensure that asset acquisition and disposal are carried out prudently and within company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:
Computer Engineer, IT Degree, or related technical field.
2-5 years of experience in network / IT systems and troubleshooting.
Extensive experience of desktop technologies: Windows, MS Office, email, Installation, virus/malware, phone configuration, Printers/MFDs.
Extensive experience on technologies like: Office: 365, SharePoint development, Azure, Fortinet FW, Unify Switches, and controller.
Knowledge of Virtualization & Backup technologies: VMware, Hyper V, Nakivo, VEEAM
Certifications & Licenses: IT industry certifications like: Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE, Cisco CCNA, Office 365, VMware VCP.
