We are hiring a System Engineer to join one of our major clients based out of Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Details:
Role: System Engineer
Work Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Important note: Candidates should be inside UAE currently with GCC DL
Required experienced engineer from auto ID ( barcode ) industry, must have good hardware ( hands-on ) experience in installation, trouble-shooting & card level repairs of Hand Held Terminals , barcode scanners, barcode printers, should be well versed in networking & RF technology.
Job Description of H/W Systems Engineer
- Build upon the technical knowledge base required within a short period & to effectively service / repair and provide solutions to customers that we have to offer.
- Build & Maintain excellent working relationship with inter-office as well as customers.
- Attending and providing in-house and onsite service calls to customers, will require outstation travel.
- To follow up on customer satisfaction on assigned areas. Accounts,
- Prepare quotes and submit AMC / Service proposals & quotations.
- To invoice customers for service rendered and follow up on collection & pending payments
- To adhere to the norms and standards set by the management and meet performance targets set from time to time.
- To contribute in generating revenue for the Engineering Department.
- Be up-to-date with the latest technologies in the market,& competitive information.
- Build service & Annual Maintenance customer base.
