3-4 years’ experience in IT Technical Support
Excellent communication skills.
Good Technical knowledge.
Job Description:
Building, installing, configuring, analyzing, and troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS .
Able to support all kinds of L1 support related with OS and Hardware of laptop and Desktop
Supporting new employees by setting up their workstations and telephone configurations
Good Knowledge in Active Directory
Basic networking knowledge for handling L1 support on networking devices like switches and routers
Support to Audio visual equipment.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365
Maintenance, and upgrades of operating systems for server and workstation environments.
Knowledge in the ITIL process for handling Asset management solutions.
Resolve problems related to network printers
Collaborating with other members of IT, to ensure that our services meet operations SLA.
Deploy IT equipment and software as per IT standards
Provide technical support to end users for all desktop/laptop issues related to hardware and software thereby providing effective desk-side support to users.
Assist in maintaining documentation of infrastructure procedures, operation instructions, user manuals, quality assurance program & IT Standards, and policies for future reference and retrieval.
Knowledge in managing Collaboration Systems and Apps like Video Conference Systems Teams and Zoom respectively.
