Information Technology Support Engineer Required in Dubai

Responsibilities

· Install, configure, test and maintain various network devices and services (such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, VoIP Devices)

· Install, configure and maintain virtual and storage infrastructure.

· Configure and troubleshoot security infrastructure devices.

· Install, configure and maintain Windows Server, Active directory, File Server etc.

· Install and troubleshoot Windows Desktop, Laptop, Printers, scanners, MFPs etc

· Administration of Microsoft 365, Exchange online, Share Point, Teams collaboration.

Monitor and respond to incoming IT support request.

· Provide L1 and L2 Level support.

Manage structured cabling.
Manage ELV systems including CCTV and Door Access Control systems
Meet agreed SLAs for assigned work.

Requirements

· Proven work experience as a Desktop, Server, Network-Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, System Administrator or similar role

· 3 to 5 years’ experience in working in IT networks environment.

· Proven experience with LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLAN, switching and routing

Experience in implementing, managing and troubleshooting voice over IP (VoIP) systems

· Experience in Exchange Management power shell scripting

· Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.

· Valid UAE Driving license is a must.

· Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure.

· Customer-oriented attitude

Qualification: Degree in IT / Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Electronic & Communication or similar.

Certifications preferred : MSCE, CCNA, CompTIA A+, Network+, Fortinet NSE, ITIL
