IT Administrator Required in Dubai - Dubai

Our client is a business consulting firm, specializing in core services like company formation and provides a comprehensive suite of offerings, accounting and auditing, and document-related services. We are looking for an IT Administrator, who will play a pivotal role as the IT Administrator in managing and maintaining the organization's computer systems, networks, and hardware. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the efficient and secure operation of IT infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement solutions to enhance overall IT functionality.

Responsibilities:

Configure, manage, and maintain the organization's network infrastructure.
Monitor network performance and ensure optimal functionality.
Install, configure, manage servers and operating systems, computer hardware and software.
Perform routine server maintenance and updates.
Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues.
Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related problems.
Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts and profiles.
Implement and enforce security policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other IT professionals and departments on various projects.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders about IT-related matters.
Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, procedures, and configurations
Keep records of hardware and soIware licenses.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Relevant certifications such as Computer A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
iOS MDM.
Domain management.
Proven experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with server and network administration.
Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).
Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies.

Timings: Monday to Friday | 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.

Location: Business Bay - Dubai, United Arab Emirates
