We currently support over 304 currencies and 353 trading pairs and the number continues to grow by the day.
CoinW is now expanding its business to more countries and regions. We are committed to investing in talent to grow with the company and localize our business operations to serve our clients better. We are now seeking for talented Human Resources Specialist to support and develop our Dubai Branch.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience with mass recruitment and first-level interviewing.
Identify training and development needs within our organization through job analysis, KPI schemes and regular consultation with business managers.
Organize team building and assist in training for Business Development Consultants online.
Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the employees.
Work in a team to produce a program that is satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization, such as employees, line managers, and board members.
Develop an effective induction program for new staff.
To plan, drive and deploy colleague recognition, reward and engagement activities
Monitor and review the progress of the Business Development department.
Help line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of the Business Development Team.
What we are Looking for?
Fluent in Russian (Reading, writing and speaking).
Fluent in English (Reading, writing and speaking).
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resources Management
Experience working in a similar capacity and a solid understanding of cultural and market differences within the relevant countries.
Strong knowledge of key HR frameworks such as employment law, organizational planning, organization development and talent management.
Possesses strong problem-solving, reasoning and analytical abilities and is a strategic thinker

Teamwork-oriented.
