Now we are actively looking for an HR Officer. DMCC personnel accounting experience is important.

Join our team as a HR Officer! These roles help the Business Boutique (UAE-Consulting.com) grow by filling vacancies in assigned divisions. HR Officer is an important role supporting HR teams in the full-cycle recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

– Working with supervisory and management-level HR staff to conduct recruitment projects

– DMCC personnel accounting

– Conducting reference verification and preparing summary documentation for finalizing hiring decisions for Talent Partners

– Preparation and maintenance of all internal documentation of company employees and trainees

– Participating in outreach events and job fairs

Requirements:

– 1-2 years experience in HR.

– Bachelor’s degree

– Highly attentive to details

– Ability to work under pressure

– Ability to observe and meet deadlines
