Human Resources Executive Required in Dubai

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily workflow of the HR function such as issuance of certificates, monitoring attendance & leaves and other ad-hoc employee requests.
Assist in performance management procedures.
Assist in developing HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
Recruit, interview, hire, and on-board new staff in the firm including assistance in visa applications and other logistics.
Support the exit process for departing employees, when required.
Assess training needs and coordinates learning and development initiatives for all employees.
Manage employees’ grievances.
Ensure that all employment records are processed, maintained, and updated.
Support coordination of ad-hoc HR projects, e.g., employee engagement
Support in other functions as assigned e.g., Payroll.

Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.


Education and Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role. Preferably in the legal or professional services sector.

Knowledge of UAE labour laws is a must. DIFC laws is a good to have but not essential.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Tech savvy and quick to learn new software.
