Human Resources Specialist Required in Dubai - Dubai
Job Summary: The HR Specialist will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of HR practices.
Recruitment & Staffing:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Post job openings on various platforms and screen applications.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate the recruitment process.
Onboarding & Orientation:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, paperwork, and training.
Ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture and understand their roles.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries.
Mediate conflicts and assist in resolving employee relations issues.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Performance Management:
Assist in the implementation of performance review processes.
Provide guidance to managers on setting goals and addressing performance issues.
Track and document employee performance and development.
Compliance & Record Keeping:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, benefits, and payroll data.
Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of training programs.
Support employee development through coaching, mentoring, and career planning.
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Benefits Administration:
Assist employees with benefits enrollment, questions, and claims.
Coordinate with insurance providers and other benefits vendors.
Conduct regular audits of benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
HR Policies & Procedures:
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
Educate employees on company policies and ensure adherence.
Provide recommendations for policy improvements.
HR Projects & Initiatives:
Participate in or lead HR projects aimed at improving processes, employee engagement, or organizational development.
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
Data Management & Reporting:
Manage HR databases and generate reports as needed.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management for decision-making.
Monitor key HR trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in HR roles.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
