Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Specialist at Marketing Eye FZ LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
Update Masterfile on regular basis and monitor any visa renewals or any employee document expiry.
Handle the HR operations and reply to employees requests and inquiries.
Handle the HR administration and create HR letters, salary certificates and NOCs.
Use the DDA system to renew visas, issue any document from the free zone, and update employees database on it.
Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
Monitor reimbursement and deduction approvals from line managers and attach it to payroll.
Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
Administer health insurance programs, update the list of employees, and coordinator with insurance company in case any employee has an inquiry or request.
Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g extra vacation days)
Nurture a positive working environment
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Good understanding on UAE Labor Law

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies skills
Employee Benefits and Personnel Management experience
Knowledge of creating and implementing HR policies and procedures
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience with HR software and systems
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
